I am very picky about doctors and have seen many in I'm just my few years of life and Doctor Presley has been one of the best doctors I have been too. She gets straight to the problem and helps fix it the best way she can.

After examining the tear Dr Z said " (patients name) I need to talk to you about a concern I'm having. We want to continue caring for you but the disrespectful phone calls have to stop. You have a family member calling and making disrespectful comments." Grandmother said "a male or female?" Dr Z "female" I said "I assume you're referring to me can I ask what I've said that was problematic so I can correct the issue?" Dr Z said " I don't have time for that." I said "Well I have all the calls I've placed here recorded if there's a problem I'd like to resolve it." Dr Z "I don't have time for that." However she had time to continue complaining to the 89 year old patient about the problem. Stating that if she wasn't happy with her care she could go somewhere else and even said "most patients are appreciative of what I do." I left the room on the verge of tears. I'm happy to address any issues they have but if they cannot tell me what those issues are then how can we move forward? How can one have time to accuse someone and then proceed to not have time to explain the details of the accusations? I guess they have us over a barrel and we are at they're mercy. They can do whatever they want to us and we just have to eat it.

I am the primary caretaker for my husband's grandmother. She's 89 and has heart conditions which require daily medications in addition to other medications for other issues common to aging. There seem to be consistent communication problems. I have every call I or my husband has ever placed to them recorded and stored as documentation of what has been requested. Any message I've left (which is essentially all you can do) has not been fully followed through. So because her care is not only critical but extremely important to me I've started saying that I'll hold as long as needed to speak to someone in person. Apparently this is unacceptable to them. Last week when needing refills on heart medication that was given to her by the hospital (the hospital cannot provide refills only the PCP can which is fine so I called her PCP Zinzuwadia's clinic.) I said I would hold until I could speak to someone. After approximately 15 minutes I was sent to the office manager. Who was very helpful. The prescriptions were available for pick up the next day. However when we went to pick them up the pharmacy said they did not have them. So we called the clinic I was told they were sent in and that the office had received confirmation of them so I said "great can I get a confirmation number to give the pharmacy?" "Well no." "Ok well I'm not accusing anyone of dropping the ball or anything but I do really need the medication they say they don't have it you say they do it doesn't matter but if you could just help me get it filled because they aren't just going to take my word for it." "I don't have time to be on the phone dealing with this." "I understand you're busy with many patients this is very important to this patient can I please just have a minute to get this sorted out?" She put me directly on hold. Eventually we find out that it was placed under her middle name rather than her first name. That is the only office that uses her middle name rather than her given name and we have the RX bottles to prove it. So I will admit I made a mistake in asking for the wrong name but I didn't need to be spoken to the way I was during the confusion. Remember this is all recorded. Today she had an appointment for a skin tear. To have it looked at and receive orders for home health to care for it. I had to bring my 3 year old daughter with us. Upon entering the room Dr. Z was visibly displeased with my presence. We had 3 bags with us the grandmother's purse my purse and my daughters bag with her things in it. I immediately pulled my daughter into the corner and stood with her so we'd be out of the way. Dr Z asked me to move the bags and I said "yes sorry it's so tight in here with all of us and our things." To which Dr Z said "it's an exam room it's not intended for children." I apologized and said I had no choice but to bring her.

So far I love them, they are very caring and they have been the only doctors who have found out what's wrong. Would recommend them to anyone.
