No hot water , no soap , what a waste of a car wash .
Secondly you have to be careful where you step, as not to have a dirty needle jab through your shoe.
Then there is mud every where.
No soap...only found out after I paid....
First of wall, its a poor car wash with little soap or pressure.
dirt was still on my vehicle when we left ... Very disappointed
